Sion: (Ancient Egyptian) A sacred sanctuary, pillar of strength, or monumental foundation.

For 11 years at Malibu Beach RV Park, I stood between three giants. 

They weren't just friends or neighbors; they were the pillars that shaped the man I am today. While I was managing the madness of movie stars and paparazzi, I was also the one ensuring this sanctuary looked like paradise. 

I have a record of every site in that park after I cleaned it—just like Site 13 here—pristine and ready for the next legend. Every site looked this good, or better, except for Site 3... because that’s where I was parked, watching it all like an eagle.

Grant was the Architect. He held the keys to the sanctuary we called "MBRVP" 

He was a man of vision who ran that park like a kingdom, handling everything from wildfires to movie stars with a steady hand. 

Grant saw the talent in me before I saw it in myself. By pointing the Travel Channel cameras my way, he gave me the stage to tell our story. 

He provided the foundation that allowed the rest of us to become legends.

"Where the Mountains meet the Sea"

Then there was Nick. He rolled in with the 40-foot Newmar and a heart that was even bigger. 

Nick taught me that wealth isn't about what you have; it’s about what you give away. Whether he was cooking filet mignon for my entire crew at Site P1 or feeding the firefighters during the '07 Canyon Fire, Nick was a force of nature. 

Sitting at a bar eating jalapeño cornbread, I made him a promise: I will pay this kindness forward to everyone I can. 

Nick showed me the map to a life of generosity.

Mickey was my brother on the road. Him on the Harley, me on the GXSR—sparks flying on Decker Canyon. 

He was the "coolest guy in Malibu," but his real gift was his honesty. 

He taught me to look beyond the imperfections of life and find the "HAPPY." 

Even when he was facing his final battle, his spirit never wavered. He gave me the philosophy I carry on my arm every single day.

I wasn't just there for the parties; I was soaking it all up. 

I watched how Grant led, how Nick gave, and how Mickey stayed true. Managing this park was a 24/7 battle, but because of these three men, I learned things you can't find in any book. 

I am the Sesh, and I’m committed to paying that kindness forward to those less fortunate, just like they taught me.

People see the million-dollar views, but they didn’t see the 24/7 battle. 

When Cheryl and I started at Malibu Beach RV Park, we were working for Grant to turn a "weird" place into a world-class sanctuary. 

I watched like an Eagle from Site 3, soaking up every lesson from Grant, Nick, and Mickey.

It wasn't just me—one man couldn't do that job. Cheryl was right beside me every step of the way. Together, we transformed that park. We dealt with the paparazzi hiding up on Corral Canyon with their long lenses, and we managed the chaos of movie stars and Survivor winners living among us. 

We watched detective shows and action movies film right on Site 49. By the time we left, we had helped turn those tens of thousands of dollars into millions.

I was the guy with the camera, recording the history while keeping the peace. I made sure every site looked like Site 13—pristine, leveled, and perfect. 

I learned how to lead from Grant, how to give from Nick, and how to stay "HAPPY" from Mickey. I was a student of the game, and now I’m the Sesh holding the record.
