- The Accelerated Elite Path: Advanced rapidly through the rigorous state credentialing framework, achieving a comprehensive, dual Class 4 Water Operator certification (covering complete Production, Treatment, and Distribution infrastructure control) in just three years—a milestone that traditionally requires a decade to master.
- SCADA Operations & System Monitoring: Directed the continuous auditing of real-time SCADA data, monitoring critical mainline water pressures, facility flow rates, and chemical treatment ratios to ensure uninterrupted, safe delivery across the utility’s grid.
- Disaster Command & System Recovery: Maintained 100% operational oversight and critical infrastructure control through catastrophic weather events, including the direct post-storm recovery logistics following Category 4 Hurricane Laura in 2020.
